Easy French/ white tip acrylic enhancement.

I feel like I've been on holiday, what with all the Xmas rush and new year festivities Ive hardly done any nails but that's all behind me now and I'm back on form. I did a few sets of Xmas party nails for a few client's over Xmas but a regular of mine just likes a classic French mani look. She doesn't like all the glam n glitz and funky nail art so I did her a simple classic French white tip acrylic nail enhancement. This is a really quick and easy nail enhancement and can be finished in 45 mins or less if your super fast!!!!. I will go through the application step by step with you.

1. Prep all nails as usual, dry mani- push back/ tidy up cuticles.
2. Etch the surface of all nails using high grit file 180/ 240 white block to remove shine.
3. Remove all dust and dehydrate nail plate using a suitable cleanser.
4. Size up tips, apply and cut down to desired length. Shape free edge of tip as required.
5. DO NOT blend the smile line of the tip! Lightly etch the white tip with a white block to just remove surface shine ( very lightly).
6. Apply primer to the natural nail only.
7. Apply clear acrylic to all nails, using zoning technique.
8. Refine and shape nails making sure there is a nice c- curve to the finish, use 180 file and white block to refine.
9. Apply cuticle oil to all nails , and bring to a high shine using a 3 way buffer.

I used The Edge French white tips, easily purchased through any leading beauty store, cost £5 approx for box of 100 in assorted sizes.

There you go !!!! This a a lovely timeless classic look that is still very popular and can be worn for any occasion. Will be back soon with some more nail/ mani tips. See you later! Jules x
